Titlu:	Evaluarea potentialului iritant al unui element de test prin determinarea puterii sale hemolitice si denaturarea impotriva proteinelor (Test de sange RBC)
Obiective:	To assess the irritant potential of a test element with a tension-active nature.
Sistem de testare :	Celule rosii provenite din sangele ovinelor.
Planificare:	Durata studiului: 1 zi Inceputul studiului: 3 saptamani dupa primirea mostrei Raportare: 2-3 saptamani dupa incheierea studiului
Cantitatea de produs necesara:	2 x 20 g
Metodologie:	Determination of the released quantity of haemoglobin (oxyhaemoglobin) and denatured proteins into the supernatant by spectrophotometry (VISIONliteTM software). Calculation of the concentration in test element inducing 50% of cell lysis (H50). Calculation of the denaturation index (DI) against the denaturation observed with a sodium dodecyl sulfate solution. Calculation of the ratio H50/DI and connection to the eye irritant potential of the test element according to an established grading scale.
Procedura:	• Haemolysis test: – contact of the test element with red blood cells – dosage of the released haemoglobin • Protein denaturation test:- dosage of damaged proteins
